Our Annual General Meeting!
Happy New Year Port Moody Ecological Society Members!
It's that time of year again! Check out some of this year’s upcoming events.
- Mark your calendar and plan to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM),
February 1, 2006. Our AGM will be held at the Port Moody Recreation Centre,
Room C, with doors opening at 6:30pm. Iain Jones will be in attendance to
present his research on Blue Herons.
- It's also time to consider renewing your membership. Membership fees are:
Life-Membership ($150), Patron ($75), Corporate ($150), Family ($20),
Individual ($15), Student ($5). If you are able to attend the AGM on
February 1st, our treasurer will be in attendance and memberships
may be renewed at that time.
- Our annual Fingerling Festival is planned for May 6, 2006.
- Board of Director Meetings are held every third Wednesday of each month
(with exception to February, July and August) and are open to all members.
- Volunteers meet Saturdays between 9am and 12noon at the Noons Creek
Hatchery, stop by and check us out, new volunteers are always needed and
welcomed. Hope to see you there!
